Sarah McClintock

Sarah McClintock art

Featured Artist : Sarah McClintock

Sarah McClintock is a native of Greensboro, NC and has been painting and sculpting since 2015. Via vibrant acrylic paintings and sculpted media, she explores a wide range of themes: creation, the natural world, underwater ecosystems, the cosmos, love, and energy. Her work has been can be seen at many locations around the Triad including Artmongerz Gallery, The Fahrenheit Kollectiv, The Executive Forum, Brittian Chiropractic, Elite Spa Nails, and more. She is also currently a Resident Artist at Artmongerz Gallery on Elm St. where she has recently begun painting collaboratively with fellow Artmonger, Kris Saintsing. Their unique approach to painting (in which they paint on the same canvas, at the same time) has garnered significant interest from the public. They often paint live in the window of the gallery on First Fridays. Additionally, they recently sold their first collaborative painting to the Mayor of Greensboro, Nancy Vaughan. In October of 2021, McClintock realized a dream that she’s had for many years with “GLOW: A Blacklight Art Experience” – a massive blacklight art gallery installation at The Fahrenheit Kollectiv Salon in Downtown Greensboro. Featuring both solo and collaborative paintings, interactive artwork, and live blacklight painting, the event is a wholly original art event that is not to be missed. McClintock shows no signs of slowing down. She is currently exploring sculpting with foam and is experimenting with incorporating moving parts and unique colored lighting effects to realize her wild fantasy creations.
